Bonus Bites is committed to protecting the privacy of its pre-registered delivery riders. This Privacy Policy explains how rider information, including location data, is collected, used, and protected when using the Rider App.

By using the Rider App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collected

Bonus Bites collects only the information necessary for the operation of delivery services through the Rider App:

• Delivery Information: Order assignments, delivery status, and related operational data
• Location Data: Continuous or background location information as described below

Bonus Bites does not directly collect personal information from within the Rider App. All riders are pre-registered, and their personal details are gathered and verified during the onboarding process outside the application.

2. Location Data Policy

The Rider App collects location data to enable essential delivery features:

• Purpose of Collection: To support real-time delivery tracking, accurate estimated arrival times, and efficient order management
• Background Access: Location data may be collected when the Rider App is running in the background, but only if the rider is logged in and marked as available. Tracking automatically stops once the rider logs out or sets their status to offline
• Data Sharing: Location data is shared only with Bonus Bites systems, customers with active orders, and dispatch/admin staff for operational purposes. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising
• User Control: Riders may disable location permissions from their device settings, but this will prevent the assignment or completion of deliveries

3. Use of Information

Bonus Bites uses rider data to:

• Assign and manage delivery tasks
• Provide real-time tracking for customers and dispatch staff
• Enhance operational efficiency and improve the rider experience

4. Sharing of Information

Rider data may be shared only with:

• Customers (for real-time tracking of orders)
• Dispatch and support staff (for delivery management)
• Government authorities (when legally required)

Bonus Bites does not sell or disclose rider data for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

Bonus Bites applies industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard rider information, including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access protocols.
